Description

Canmoor acquired 450,000 sq ft of the Business Park in October 2013 and immediately facilitated the relocation of IMI into 36,000 sq ft and let their former building of 27,000 sq ft to WM Housing.  

Following a change of ownership from BlackRock in July 2015, Canmoor continued as Asset Managers undertaking further Grade A refurbishments that enabled lettings and regears with Goodyear Dunlop, CSI, Mitie, Capita and BT to increase both the rental tone and the unexpired term.

Canmoor developed a top classes on site amenity offer which included the creation of a new 365 space car park, increasing the bus service frequency and quality of the buses running through the Park, bi-weekly street food events, gym classes, wellbeing initiatives, on site outdoor gym, table tennis table and Park community events.
